- Bachelor Degree from reputed educational institution.
- Office Management/Secretarial course will be preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and maintaining PABX
- Take and relay messages to the concerned departmental staff.
- Provide information if necessary to callers.
- Greet persons entering the office.
- Monitor visitors’ access and direct visitors to concerned departments.
- Monitoring visitors log book and issuance of visitors’ badges.
- Having extra-ordinary qualities, strong aptitude will be added advantage & should have sufficient computer literacy, along with skills in English & Bengali.
- Must have a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Fluent both in written & oral communication in Bangla and English.
- Computer knowledge, MS-office is required.
