  • Bachelor Degree from reputed educational institution.
  • Office Management/Secretarial course will be preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and maintaining PABX
  • Take and relay messages to the concerned departmental staff.
  • Provide information if necessary to callers.
  • Greet persons entering the office.
  • Monitor visitors’ access and direct visitors to concerned departments.
  • Monitoring visitors log book and issuance of visitors’ badges.
  • Having extra-ordinary qualities, strong aptitude will be added advantage & should have sufficient computer literacy, along with skills in English & Bengali.
  • Must have a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Fluent both in written & oral communication in Bangla and English.
  • Computer knowledge, MS-office is required.
