  • Must hold MBA (Major in marketing) or Masters in Business/Commerce from recognized university.
  • 3-4 Years practical experience in marketing in renowned real estate company.
  • Must achieve sales target in perfect order.
  • Responsible for Sales & Promotion activities.
  • Work as front line direct sales force.
  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients and build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
  • The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell apartments & Commercial Space.
  • Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
  • Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty & smart working ability.
  • Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis business activities.
  • Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
  • Create sales and reports to Head of the department.
  • Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
  • Should have sufficient computer literacy along with good command in English both oral and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
