- Must hold MBA (Major in marketing) or Masters in Business/Commerce from recognized university.
- 3-4 Years practical experience in marketing in renowned real estate company.
- Must achieve sales target in perfect order.
- Responsible for Sales & Promotion activities.
- Work as front line direct sales force.
- Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients and build a strong relationship with the customer.
- Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
- The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell apartments & Commercial Space.
- Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
- Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty & smart working ability.
- Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis business activities.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
- Create sales and reports to Head of the department.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
- Should have sufficient computer literacy along with good command in English both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
